Delivery time description:

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

We ship about 2 business days after the order is placed. On the eve of the Chinese New Year holiday, we will also ship as scheduled, but due to the explosive increase in the number of packages of the freight company and the slow operation speed, there may be delays in shipments, please understand.

How long will it take to receive after delivery?

Foreign:
1. Overseas delivery (DHL, FedEX): Due to the different distances in various foreign regions, the delivery time varies, generally about 2 to 7 working days.
2. The peak period of logistics transportation (such as Chinese New Year, before and after consecutive holidays) is not limited to this limit.
3. We will notify you if the item is out of stock.
Taiwan:
1. Pick-up from supermarkets: It is expected to be delivered to the store within 3-4 working days after shipment, and the arrival will be notified by SMS.
2. Home Delivery (Black Cat Delivery Service, Chunghwa Post, Delivery Delivery): It is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days after shipment.
3. The peak period of logistics transportation (such as Chinese New Year, before and after consecutive holidays) is not limited to this limit.

Remark:

If the order is abnormal, the customer service staff will contact you by E-MAIL to notify you.
If you need to specify the delivery time, please inform in the order remarks in advance.
Please fill in the real name of the consignee to avoid the failure to collect the goods when they are picked up.
The receipt of the goods needs to be signed by someone. If the goods need to be re-delivered because there is no one to sign or contact, it will affect the actual delivery time.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Foreign:
1. Depending on the size of the package, a shipping fee of US$15~US$40 will be charged.
2. International Buyers-Please Note:
  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight(shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Taiwan:
1. Free shipping for a single purchase of NT$2,000 or more throughout the museum.
2. If a single purchase is less than the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be charged: NT $100 for pickup from supermarkets, NT $100 for home delivery, NT $100 for cash on delivery
3. In the outer islands, fees are charged according to the volume and weight of the product, please contact customer service for a quotation

What are the delivery methods?

Foreign:：
Shipping abroad: DHL, FedEX, Chunghwa Post
Taiwan:：
1. Home delivery: Black Cat Delivery, Chunghwa Post, Home Delivery
2. Pick up at convenience stores: 7-11 convenience stores, Family Mart convenience stores, the goods will be delivered to the store you designate, and a pick-up notification SMS and E-mail will be sent to notify you to pick up the goods when you arrive at the store.
3. Due to the volume limit of "Convenience Store Pickup", if you find that the volume limit is exceeded when placing an order, it is recommended that you choose "Home Delivery". cannot be combined).
